IRON OXYHYDROXIDE that 3R develops and manufactures can be used as a raw material for LiFePO4 (Lithium iron phosphate batteries )
The lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4 battery) or LFP battery (lithium ferrophosphate), is a type of lithium-ion battery using lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) as the cathode material.
The "iron oxyhydroxide" lithium iron phosphate battery grade produced by 3R has the following advantages:
1. Purity High, all kinds of metal and anion impurities are less than 50ppm,
2. Thorough oxidation, extremely low ferrous content, high activity, easy to react with nitric acid and phosphoric acid to produce ferric nitrate and iron phosphate,
3. Follow-up production process is clean, with little waste water and easy to handle; the iron phosphate produced by it is a highly vibrating product, which is suitable for the preparation and use of various battery-grade iron phosphate.
